Chef and owner, Franco De Dominicis has been serving authentic Italian food in LA for over seven years, bringing us the best southern Italian Cuisine West of Rome and East of Napoli. Chef Franco was the Executive Chef at the Biltmore Hotel in downtown LA for a number of years before starting his first restaurant, Franco’s On Melrose.
All the pasta at Franco’s is made in house from, the pappardelle to the ravioli, just like how its made back in Italy.
They have a full bar and a Happy Hour everyday 3:30-6: 30 pm. Everyday, even the weekends I repeat even on the weekends, with everything on the happy hour menu for $6.
